SP SETIA Bhd has welcomed three anchor tenants — TGV Cinemas, Celebrity Fitness and Superstar Karaoke — for their new development, Setiawalk.
Located on 8.4ha of land fronting the Damansara-Puchong Highway, Setiawalk is the final parcel of development by SP Setia Bhd in Pusat Bandar Puchong.
TGV will have nine cineplexes with seven large halls with more than 200 pax per hall and Celebrity Fitness will occupy two levels of 22,000sq ft in total while Superstar Karaoke will be occupying about 12,000sq ft.
The development, which comprises both retail blocks and service apartments, is a combination of imaginative architecture and creative landscaping making it a destination where people can live, learn, work and play.
The commercial component of the project is divided into three main zones characterised by the different tenant mix.
The active zone is targeted at children with a child development centre, play zones and children-centric products while the sanctuary zone will comprise fine dining, spa and beauty care centres.
The escape zone is ideal for relaxing with alfresco dining, cafes and bistros.
“This development stays true to SP Setia’s effort to adopt sustainability and green our projects as flowing troughout SetiaWalk is a scenic water canal that will be dotted by lush landscaping,” said Setiawalk divisional general manager Wong Tuck Wai.
