Correction: The land title should be commercial, not residential.

Will it be a problem if the developer build the condo at commercial land ? I paid the deposit to buy Koi Kinrara phase 2, wondering the developer is financially stable ?

Serviced apartments or SOHO concept apartments are built on commercial land. Based on the information I gathered, initially it was a commercial land but converted to residential title. The best is to find out from the Developer and read your S&P agreement thoroughly.
