At the launch on Dec 22, seven of the eight units were sold in just half an hour. I&P had received 722 registrations for this project. The only unit left is located next to a power station.
The RM15.25-million freehold project, is on an elevated land, overlooking Bandar Kinrara 5. It is scheduled for completion by December 2011.
Awana8 comes in four built-ups, ranging from 3,864 to 4,070 sq ft, on land sized 4,950 and 5,737 sq ft. These units are tagged from RM1.82 million.
Bandar Kinrara, launched 1991, is a freehold development that sits on 1,904 acres. It is about 70% developed. The entire project has a gross development value of RM3 billion. The township is developed and managed by I&P unit Perumahan Kinrara Bhd, in a joint venture with Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera and Lembaga Tabung Haji.
